Using Bay Group Ventures as a staffing company gives you the opportunity to observe an employee before bringing them on direct hire without having to do all the administrative work.  Provided we have sent you a great candidate, this enables you the opportunity to see the employee’s work ethic; are they on time, do they call in a lot, do they work with a positive attitude, do they fit in with your staff? 


You find out if they are able to do the work and do it well.  You are essentially giving that employee a trial run, a try before you buy, if you will. It can also be described as a probationary period and if they work out well, at the end of your contract with Bay Group ventures, you will have yourself the perfect fit into the position you hired us to fill. This is always our number goal. If you want to take the candidate as a direct hire sooner, you always have the option of buying out the remainder of the contract.
